My Story
According to my mother, I have always been a girl who knew what she wanted. In fact, the phrase "you are not the boss of me" fell from my lips at a very early age. Oh, the drama of it all. It wouldn't surprise anyone that I would take my big personality to the stage. At the same time, I was working my way up in retail management. Through these two avenues, I had incredible people pouring into my life and development. They taught me how to speak with confidence, manage my time and projects, and to lead others well.
When I began serving in ministry leadership, over twenty years ago, I applied what I had learned into every facet of my ministry service. I learned what skills worked, and which ones didn't. Eventually, I would return to school to complete a Divinity degree. I didn't want to just know how to lead, I wanted to know how God would have me lead others.
Going back as far as I can remember, I have had a heart for serving women through leadership. My deepest desire is to help women find the leader within, guiding and developing her leadership skills so she can feel confident walking out The Great Commission in her church, ministry, and community.
I believe there is a Kingdom Leader within us all.
